Samarohh is a modern event-management platform created by Avartana Labs to simplify the chaos behind weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and multi-day celebrations. The platform allows users to create events, manage ceremonies, invite guests, and receive RSVP confirmations seamlessly — all from one place.
The Challenge
To create an all-in-one system that is powerful yet extremely easy for families, individuals, and small teams to use. The platform needed to handle guests, invitations, RSVPs, multi-day ceremonies, reminders, and security — all without overwhelming the user.
Our Solution
We built Samarohh — a clean, intuitive, mobile-first platform where users can create events, organize functions, manage guest groups, send invites, and track RSVPs in real time. Each guest receives a secure token-based RSVP link, ensuring privacy and preventing misuse. The app supports WhatsApp/email invites, bulk guest imports, and automatic reminders.
Results
Users reported over 70% reduction in manual coordination time. Hosts could track real-time RSVPs, families coordinated better across functions, and event planning became smoother. The platform became a preferred choice for small weddings, family events, and corporate gatherings.
