Overview

Samarohh is a modern event management platform created by Avartana Labs to simplify the coordination behind weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and multi-day celebrations. The platform allows hosts to organize ceremonies, manage guest lists, send digital invitations, and track real-time RSVP confirmations seamlessly from one central dashboard.

The Challenge

To create an all-in-one system that is intuitive for families and guests of all technical backgrounds. The platform needed to handle invitations, RSVPs, ceremony timelines, reminders, and guest communications without overwhelming the user.

Our Solution

We built Samarohh — a clean, mobile-first platform where users can create events, organize functions, manage guest groups, send invites, and track RSVPs in real time. Each guest receives a secure personalized link, ensuring easy access without complex passwords. The platform supports WhatsApp and web invites, guest imports, and automated reminders.

Results
