All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, are the exclusive property of Avartana Labs or our licensors.

Client-specific work products and deliverables created under a service agreement will be governed by the specific terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without express written permission from Avartana Labs.

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in any activity that may harm our systems or other users
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided

Payment terms for our services are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avartana Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Avartana Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Detailed confidentiality terms are typically outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements or within specific service agreements.

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in the individual agreements. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due, and both parties' confidentiality obligations shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification to our clients. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
